4-21-21-- This case base naturally tapers from the top to the bottom. This is why there’s some discrepancy between measurements. We did a second measuring this morning based off the inner base of the case. These are: 13.5” L x 10.5” W

I don’t know what may be the problem with the fitting for her machine."
{A}Make sure the two hinge pin set screws on the machine are loosened all the way before inserting the pins from the case into the back of the machine. If the pins are still too long, they will need to be filed down before the 2 set screws will hold the pins.
