I was very pleased with the phone service, although she forgot to tell me that the filter granules were not included with the Sapparo iron that I ordered. The website did not say that either. Also, I had some trouble with completing the sale on the website, thus the reason I called the 800 number. I love the iron. It is my second one and I have been pleased with the product. The lady that helped me has a great phone personality.
