I had no issues with your service. I've only used the steamer once but it didn't seem to work as well as I had expected and I was planning to contact you to see if you had any suggestions. Basically, it took 5-10 minutes for the steamer to stop gurgling and just produce steam. Even then, the wrinkles did not "just disappear" as the product information suggested and it took a long time for me to see even the slightest change. I'm also concerned about burning myself. Are there gloves for this machine?

Hold the mitt against the back of the garment while making steam head contact with the fabric from the front side of the garment. Slide mitt and steamer up and/or down to remove wrinkles. Is the Mitt as good as using the Steamboard in removing wrinkles?

I understand you are asking about two different accessories, the Steam Mitt and the Steam board. First the steam mitt is designed to protect your free hand while you are steaming garments. To steam garments hanging on the rod set, hold with one hand and steam with the other. It is perfectly fine to touch the garment directly with the steamhead while steaming. You can also steam from the inside out, you may find the wrinkles will be removed more easily this way. Secondly, the steamboard, serves as a vertical ironing board, it is a press board covered with steam barrier material and then with carpet. This steamboard may be hung over the back of the door, or attached to a wall, or by using the “L” brackets by attaching the baseboards in your home. The steamboard provides a convenient workplace for steaming clothing, many find this convenient to create creases in pants and shirts.
