HOW TO OVERRIDE the dual shut off option, i.e., allows auto shut off feature to be turned on or off. Hold the power switch when turning the system on for about 5 to 10 seconds. The power button should blink to indicate it has been over ridden. I am not sure which model she has but the serial number indicates if it is on lift/system with this feature it should be one with this feature.

HOW TO OVERRIDE the dual shut off option, i.e., allows auto shut off feature to be turned on or off. Hold the power switch when turning the system on for about 5 to 10 seconds. The power button should blink to indicate it has been over ridden. I am not sure which model she has but the serial number indicates if it is on lift/system with this feature it should be one with this feature.

The converter takes the 230V current that comes from the outlet and reduces the current to 120V so that the higher current does not burn out the element of the 120 voltage Pink or Black Esteam® units. The standard Model J-2000M Residential garment steamer is recommended for home or light commercial usage with 1300 watts of steaming power. The J-2000M is equipped with a clear, plastic 3/4 gallon water reservoir with a no-drip check valve system, a 5 ½ foot flexible hose and easy roll casters for mobility. The hose attachment has a metal steam head with a wood handle at the end of the hose. This type of hose attachment is more durable, but does get hot around the metal and tends to be heavier than the plastic steam head and handle combination. The J-2000M is equipped with an on/off switch and heats up in 1 minute.

The J-4000 is the commercial unit and not recommended for home use, because of the 15 minute preheat time. The J-2000 produces steam in less than 2 minutes and will steam for an hour and a half while offering a on and off switch, once turned off, it will produce steam in less than 2 minutes again. We have many customers buy the J-4000, thinking “commercial” is better, when in fact all of our steamers are professional grade. The J-4000 is intended to be used for commercial setting for several hours a day. The metal head with wooden handle will offer more durability and the head will provide more heat closer to the garment while steaming. The plastic head and handle is cooler to the touch and lighter weight to use. The steamhead options is truly a customer preference. The Inspire 36 replaces the older FP202XL model. The main differences are that the boards have been updated, the handle with steamburst has been improved, but the size and specifications are the same. The Heat Plate is the Top of The Iron. The actual size is 36 x 11. The ironing board below is 1 inch smaller so the 36x11" heat plat shoe above can pres to the edges.
Note: Home Ironing Board Presses have 100 pounds pressure between upper iron plate and lower ironing board. Pressure is less at ends of the boards, depending on press width, fabrics and garments.
Clamping mechanisms are in the middle of the press and lose some pressure at the ends You can equalize the pressure using press cloths at one or both ends. We have few complaints in 38 years. It is not a problem on shorter boards like Elna. Miele and Singer rotary presses are best for equal pressure. [email protected], Owner and Tech.
