- Cuts small and large lengths of sythetic woven or knitted fabric in straight lines and curves while simultaneously fusing the edges to prevent fraying. The blade heats quickly, eliminating idle time. Also suitable for cutting and welding ropes, cords, and cables made of fully synthetic fibers such as nylon and polyester.
- Hot cutting is made easy with the HSG-0 hand held cutter. Heats up in just 6-8 seconds, and cuts and seals the edges of synthetic fabric, such as cords, ropes, bands and belting fabric.
- This cutter is so easy and economical to use; you will wonder how you did without it.
- Made for cutting acrylic fabrics. Excellent to cutting nylon rope or webbing. Cuts and welds ends cleanly! The newer model has lights to help with following cut lines.

- Heat may be controlled by switching tool on and off. Light activated by heat switch.

HSGM HSG-0 Heat Cutter (SKU: H/100, 110V/60Hz/70W). Hand-operated heat cutting tool to cut small quantities, recommended for short-time operation only. Suitable to cut and seal the edges of synthetic material to prevent fraying and unraveling. Such as synthetic fabric, fiber, cords, ropes, webbing, and belting. Heat up time of a blade, approx. 6-8 seconds. Heat temperature of a blade, approx. 1100 degrees Fahrenheit (600* C.). Blade heat may be roughly controlled by depressing/releasing the trigger. A variety of different sytle HSGM blades are sold separately. This unit is also available in 220 volt (Part #H/100-220). This product is always in stock. Made in Germany.

Cutting blade to cut fabric. This is one of our better blades for cutting curves in fabric. 9mm heated cutting area which comes to a point. The HSO-N blade is very good for cutting where a precise touch is needed.
Please note: We do not recommend cutting any type of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) or PVC coated materials with HSGM equipment because of the dangerous fumes it releases. We do recommend wearing a breathing filter mask while cutting any type of material with HSGM equipment. Also always review the materials MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) before cutting with HSGM equipment.
