I purchased this system and it worked for about 3 months when the thermostat in the iron went. I had thst fixed and a month after I got it back the thermostat in the boiler went. Sent it to New Jersey, a Hi Steam recommanded repair and when I got it back 3 months later it still didn't work and was even in worse shape then when when I sent it. I contacted the company and after nearly 6 months of trying to get a resolution they had me send it to a repair compay in Chicago. I sent it and and that too 4 months to get it back and yes it didn't work and was still even worse so once again I called the company and once again another 6 months passed and I sent it back to Chicago. They informed me it would need another $200 worth of work. The upshot is I have no Hi steam iron, the company did not stand behind the product and I do not recommand this product or the company. I own and operate a tailor shop. The iron was never abused under my care. A terrible experience.
