Please tell John Douthat that I've always appreciated the help I've gotten from Allbrands. I bought both of my embroidery machines from Allbrands. The larger machine had a problem right from the beginning, but I was able to send it back, get it fixed and returned in what I thought was record time. Because of this, if I need something, I look at Allbrands.com first. What I bought this time was a Loralie design pack.
