F.A.Q.

It has come to our attention that the fulfillment center for the Photo’s to Throw have been experiencing some phone and internet issues. Therefore should a customer have an issue, the following procedure should be followed in order to complete the process of ordering the Photo to Throw.



1. By Mail – follow the instructions on the sheet inside the box.

2. Online – email to Cynthia Bayne (cynthiab@manualww.com) with the following information:

1. Customer shipping address for mailing the completed throw

2. IDG# from the box

3. Any special instructions for processing

4. The image – follow the guidelines on the sheet enclosed in the box.
