Comparisons

The extra lift on the Ricoma PSP-990C upper heat plate shoe allows for safer insertion and removal of clothing to be ironed. It is not unlike sewing machine presser foot levers that have extra lift up to 1/2" without being fixed, for insertion and removed of items to be sewn, but only 1/4" fixed lift.
