S-6200A has high energy saving and exceptional responsiveness with an original motor and a control box developed by Brother. High quality sewing has been realized with the performance of S-6200A, which contributes to improving productivity. The power consumption of S-6200A has been reduced by 41% compared to the V-belt driven system(with an AC servo motor).

    Minimum lubrication to the needle bar and thread take-up area

    Supplying the minimum lubrication to the needle bar and thread take-up area. The machine arm is equipped with the oil stopper plate to protect the needle bar and thread take-up area from oil spatters of the feed eccentric wheel area. Oil leakage from the needle bar can be prevented, realizing clean sewing. Also, sewing products will not be stained without V-belt.

High energy saving with an original motor developed by Brother

The high energy saving has been realized with the original motor developed by Brother. The power consumption of S-6200A is 41% less than that with AC-servo motor and 23% less than that of the SL-2110. And, the 13 % less than that of the JUKI DDL-8700.

F.A.Q.

Is there any disadvantage of equipping the motor behind the
machine head?
It is impossible to install the standard puller. For particular process, we recommend S-7200C or SL-1110. And also if you would like to install the presser foot lifting, please use the under-table type.

What is the difference of lubrication with DDL-8700?
The JUKI’s DDL-8700 is the pumping forced lubrication type. It’s not the clean sewing because it supplies and recoveries much oil by pressurization.

Is the lubrication system the same as the S-7200C’s minimum
lubrication system?
It’s not the same. S-6200A’s minimum lubrication system is the same as SL-2110’s. While S-7200C uses oil tank, S-6200A uses oil pan.

Are the panels the same asS-7200C’s panel?
The panel itself is the same but, mounting plates are different. They are not interchangeable. Also their names are also changed to G1A and G5A for S-6200A.

Is the thread wiper interchangeable with that of SL-2110?
The length of harnesses is different so parts codes are not the same.

Does S-6200A have the functions of condensed stitching and floating foot sewing which with S-7200C?
Unfortunately, S-6200A doesn’t have those functions. When sewing heavy materials, use the vibration function of S-6200A(Brother’s patent).

Is there the 380V?
You can equip the same transformer box as S-7200C’s.
