How to enter: To enter online, complete the online form located at any one of the AllBrands.com, Inc.'s marketing partner sites with your correct unique email address, and name, then, click the "enter" button. Alternatively, print your name, address, daytime phone number, and age on a postcard (only), affix appropriate postage, and mail to AllBrands.com, Inc., 20415 Highland Road, Baton Rouge, LA, 70817. All mailed entries must be received prior to each Friday drawing to be eligible for that Friday's drawing. Only one entry per person will be counted for each Friday drawing. All entries become the property of AllBrands.com, Inc. and will not be returned or acknowledged. Photographic or incomplete entries are void. No responsibility is assumed for lost, mutilated, misdirected, or incomplete electronic entries for any reason.
A person is eligible to win more than one weekly prize.
Who can Win: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their household residents of AllBrands.com or any of its network affiliates, sponsors, or partner web sites are not eligible.
Entry Limits: Only natural persons may enter the contest, using his/her own unique email address; only one entry will be allowed in any weekly period. Any attempt by a person to enter more than permitted may result in disqualification of the entrant, at the discretion of AllBrands.com, upon verification.
Odds of wining: Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. This contest will be running on more than one partner's website at the same time.
Disputes: Entrant agrees that all and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court located in the State of Louisiana, East Baton Rouge Parish, and be subject to the laws of the State of Louisiana. Should there be a conflict between the laws of Louisiana and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Louisiana.
Opt In: By entering Contest you understand that your registration information may be shared with our marketing partners and you opt in to receive email from AllBrands.com. You also agree to receive the email listing all prizewinners at the end of the promotion. You may opt out of the AllBrands.com email list or any marketing partners email list at any time, by following opt-out instructions on any such emails.
AllBrands $25 Gift Card Winners: One winner of a AllBrands $25 Gift Card will be selected from all contest entries at random on a weekly basis received (electronically or by mail delivery) every Friday. Contest starting date/time is 10/07/2005 at 12:00 p.m. c.s.t., last day of contest subject to the discretion of AllBrands.com. Approximate retail value of $25 per AllBrands $25 Gift Card.

Notification to Winner/Forfeiture of Prize: Each winner will be emailed (if electronically entry is drawn), mailed or telephoned (if mailed entry is drawn) and have 7 days from date email is sent, mail is sent, or telephoned to respond and confirm any requested information necessary to confirm their eligibility, and their shipping address. Prize will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of confirmation with shipping instructions.
List of Winners: An email will be issued, following the last drawing, providing, among other things, a complete list of winners. The name of all winners, and state of residence will be displayed on a special page made on AllBrands.com for this purpose throughout the contest, which can be located here: http://www.allbrands.com/info/contestwinners. A list of all winners can also be obtained by sending a request for same and a self-addressed stamped envelope to AllBrands.com, Inc., 20415 Highland Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70817 after 09/03/2004 and before the last drawing.
Taxes: Any tax liabilities are solely the responsibility of any winner.
