I already own the clamp on magnifier and the smaller stand magnifier. I was very happy with both products, finding the clamp magnifier perfect for atta+hing to my quilting floor stand. Very happy until one half of the clamp broke in pieces, rendering the magnifier unusable. I contacted the Daylight Company 800 # several times, and was always told the clamp was different than the new model, and could not be repaired. After four frustrating phone calls, I gave in and purchased another clamp on magnifier. I hope the clamp is more stable, and that you stand behind the product this time. In spite of my experience, I have recommended the clamp on magnifier (purchased through Allbrands) to several people for use with quilting and hand projects and I would deal with your company again.
