I bought my New Home HF3000 from you a few years ago and was extremely satisfied with the quality and how easy it was to order. That was the first time I'd ever bought a large purchase online and was glad I found your company. I saved at least a $100 from the local Janome dealer. Then I went to purchase an extra foot for the machine at the local Janome dealer and he basically let me know that New Home was not as good as Janome. I walked out and won't go back there with my business. When I get ready to purchase another machine or a serger it will be from AllBrands not that Janome dealer.
