DIME Snap Hoop Monster on Brother PR: The adapter for the snap Hoop does not Touch the sensor pin on the embroidery arm at all, so it should think the largest Hoop is on and I can choose the correct size on the touch screen, but when I set up the design I get the message to choose a Larger Hoop.

Usually, this message means the screws (where the attachment is screwed to the pantograph) need to be tightened. Please give that a try, it should fix the problem. Eileen Roche, DIME
