This product replaces the i400 model.

Professional Iron Station
The all new 4000IS is the newest entry in our line-up of professional steam iron stations. The 4000IS establishes a new benchmark for features, ease of use, quality of components and value.

It's All About The Steam
The 4000IS excels at producing quality, dry, pressurized steam. Pressurized steam is the fastest and most efficient way of ironing. It allows the fibers of the fabric to be softened quicker, with the weight and heat of the iron laying the fibers down flat. This creates the crisp and clean finish demanded by professionals.

icon Quick Release
The quick release fittings allow easy removal and reconnecting of the iron and other steam accessories.

icon 2100IR IRON
The iron with 7' steam hose is lightweight (3.9 lb.), comfortable (cork handle) and uses the same high standard parts (thermal fuse, thermostat) that has made it the #1 choice of professionals.

The 2100IR iron uses an easy to clean aluminum soleplate with holes at the tip for maximum steam penetration.

The 4000IS’s carrying handles are conveniently placed on both sides of the boiler unit to allow for safe transportation when necessary.

The 4000IS is supplied with a heat resistant silicone-rubber iron pad to rest the iron on. The iron can be safely left on the pad for extended periods of time.

Say goodbye to burnt out heating elements. The thermostat reset system is the ultimate protection for your investment, automatically shutting-off the heating element when the water is low.

The 4000IS has 4 safety systems including a pressure switch, probe safety thermostat on the heating element, safety cap with safety valve, and a low water indicator.

Lifetime product warranty policy applies to all Reliable Corporation pressurized steam boiler tanks. See warranty document for details.

Each 4000IS steam iron station comes complete with a water funnel, a water level measurement stick, 2-piece iron cord support and our silicone iron pad.

Made in Italy with strict attention to quality components and construction. Designed to please aesthetically and to go beyond expectations for performance.

icon Pressure Gauge
A pressure gauge is standard on the 4000IS. It gives you a constant visual indicator of the internal boiler pressure.

What do I do when the iron is leaking water?
The temperature regulator is set too low; increase the settings. You may have too much water in the tank. Try emptying some water out and try again.

What do I do when there is no steam from the iron?
The steam valve may be set too low or turned off. Open the steam valve (2) full complete turns. Solenoid in the boiler could be defective.

What do I do when the steam is leaking at the filler cap?
Replace the filler cap washer with a new one, put the new washer in the retaining ring and reinstall. If it is still leaking water, you will need to replace the filler cap.

How do I drain the water from the i500 boiler?
Unplug the boiler and wait until it’s cold (no steam pressure) Turn the filler counter clockwise and remove it slowly. Turn the boiler over and drain the water.

How often should I clean and flush the boiler?
The boiler should be cleaned once a week or as often as needed (depending on the water quality).

What is the pressure gauge setting?
50 PSI.
