Turn your table into a large scale ironing surface with the Sullivan's Ironing Cover. This cover makes it much easier to iron large fabric items such as quilts, curtains, tablecloths, and much more! A gridded surface helps you measure and cut without needing a separate measure.

  • Cover is white with black grid markings (no silicone coating)
  • We recommend a teflon shoe covered iron or our iron glide for a non-teflon iron so that the iron doesn't stick to the cover and damage the grid lines.
  • 12594 is a thicker cotton fabric. Some people just prefer cotton over the heat resistant cover #12572.
Specifications
12594 is 100% cotton. It may be washed, although some shrinkage may occur.

My only 2 mild complaints are with the manufacturer of the product, and not with AllBrands.com: 1. The product description (online) did not mention needing to get a separate silicone plate for one's iron if iron wasn't silicone coated... but when package was opened there was a warning that a regular metal iron might harm the printed grid surface and that customer should purchase a silicone plate for their iron!! - Had I known that, I would have definitely purchased the silicone coated Pad (as it stands, I am taking my chances - as I won't be using that grid for serious measuring, as it isn't very accurate - the stretching of the cover to get it snug skews the lines nearest all corners. So far (after two weeks, light use), I have seen no signs of damage. 2. As others had commented, the foam padding under this cover is extremely flimsy. I knew this going in and was VERY careful with it while placing it, but still managed to tear a corner. If I hadn't had the 'heads up' throug! h reviewers on your website, the damage would have been much worse I am sure. Sullivan could supply a slightly nicer foam pad in my opinion, rather than the paper thin foam sheeting included. Installation (other than needing to take extreme care w/ the foam) was very simple, and the added convenience of this large ironing surface is wonderful. (Wish I had ordered the silicone coated cover though!!) Thank you.
