Dear John Douthat, Your company should get an award for customer service and speedy deliveries! I bought a Daylight magnifier . I was surprised how quickly it arrived during the week before Christmas. I expected it would arrive after Christmas. The lens was scratched. I called your Customer service and was told that FEDX/UPS would pick it up in a couple of days. They picked it up on a Friday and the following Wednesday I had the replacement. WOW and this was during the busy holiday return period right after Christmas. A rep from the Daylight Company called about a week later to inquire if I just wanted a replacement . I told her I already had the replacement. I also told her how impressed I was with your company. A person never really knows about a company until they have a problem. I have shared this great experience with several of my friends and recomended they do business with you. Your prices and service are outstanding, Sincerely.
