White 4400 Instructions for clearing old code number from main pc board to load a new code number. Use JYAI-HSEJ or VXLR-DMXN if Lost or Not Available

• download WhiteClean.exe, WhiteCodes.exe.
  
• Attach your machine to your computer
  
• Run WhiteClean.exe and WhiteCodes.exe
  
• Type the "Request Number" from WhiteClean.exe into WhiteCodes.exe (Example: XZFX BDFI)
  
• Click Generate. This will generate a response number. (Example: SXTB NYQD)
  
• Type the Response Number from WhiteCodes.exe into WhiteClean.exe
  
• Click on "Clear" This should clear the serial number out of the machine.
  
• Once all of this is done. Then re-install the software with the new serial number VXLR-DMXN and everything should work
