First ever stand up height ironing press metal stand for users who do not want to sit down to do their ironing and pressing. Includes Hold-down Bolt only for holding FP202 and Inspire Presses to Stand. Otherwise, use Velcro Strap.
Note: Steam Press hold down bolt 12mm x 1" is included in ST04 only for Family Press FP202L&E models and will need substitution at the local hardware store for other brands and models of steam presses. Velcro straps are not needed if presses are bolted down to the stand. The hold down bolt with China Feiyue ST06 Stand is not the right thread size or length for Reliable Empressa and other brands, so you need to take the bolt to a local hardware store for the next size up 13mm x 1" metric threaded bolt and add lock/washers for increased stability and permanent installation. The wide roller was designed for versatility and easy of ironing. Open-End Roller Design

This special safety function kicks if your fingers come too close to the heater plate. This automatically stops the roller rotation and lifts the heater plate off of the roller.

Get rid of unsightly creases and wrinkles in your jacket, blazer, evening gown or curtains with the steamer. It weighs only half as much as the iron but uses the same steam pressure and steam quantity.
The brush attachment raises the textile fibres and maintains a distance to the garment.
The steamer can also be used when the FashionMaster is folded up to save space.
Ironing Table Cover
Particularly robust Miele ironing board cover is distinguished by its heat-resistance and durability. The cover absorbs moisture perfectly and can be washed up to 40°C.
Honeycomb Structure Soleplate
Achieves best ironing results combined with gentle fabric care. Unlike conventional irons, steam is distributed quickly and evenly along the channels between the hexagons across the entire soleplate.
This creates a film of steam which allows the hand iron to glide effortlessly, but at the same time effectively, over the textile.
Steam
With up to 4 bar steam pressure and constant steam volume of 100 g/min, you can achieve professional ironing results with FashionMaster. The dry steam penetrates even the thickest material and consequently reduces ironing time.
You decide whether to work with bursts of steam or continuous steam by pressing the steam button on the iron.
Inflation Function
For everything that is to be smoothed but not flattened, the FashionMaster ironing board offers a blower function. The fan creates an air pocket between the garment and the ironing table so that frills, cashmere, etc. keep their shape.
This also helps to prevent seam impressions.
Suction Function
The extraction function built into the ironing board ensures deep penetration of the clothing with steam and reduces the formation of condensate.
Another effect is the textiles are secured on the ironing board and remain fixed in position during ironing.
Non-Stick Soleplate
For extra gentle care, use the attachable anti-stick soleplate, which can be used directly on fashionable adornments like sequins and prints.
It protects dark textiles from shiny spots with its Teflon coating without the necessity of ironing the textiles inside out.
CoolDown Function
Safety is a priority for Miele: consequently, movement sensors and monitoring of controls ensure that the iron switches off automatically if it is not used for about three minutes. It switches on again automatically when it is moved.
AutoOff Function
The entire appliance switches off automatically if the iron or steamer is not used for approximately 15 minutes. No need to worry whether you remembered to switch the iron off.

Once you have selected the water hardness before the first use, the appliance automatically determines the required descaling cycle and reminds you in a timely manner. The descaling process is started simply at the touch of a button.

Automatic Rinsing
Mineral residue left behind by the evaporation process must be regularly removed by rinsing the steam generator to ensure consistent performance.

Quilter’s Cruise Control Troubleshooting Guide:
General Set-up and Operation: the speed the sewing machine goes when you are using the QCC is determined by
the speed that you are moving the sewing machine/carriages. The optical encoders pick up on the speed. The one
on the upper carriage determines the speed you’re moving front to back and the one on the bottom carriage
determines the speed you’re moving left to right.
If you’re moving the platform more than 2 inches per second, you are moving too fast. The sewing machine will go
only about 1500 stitches per minute (about two inches per second maximum). Faster than that, the sewing
machine can’t go fast enough and then the needle coming out of the fabric can’t move fast enough to come out
straight up. This can cause thread breakage.
The Quilter’s Cruise Control has nothing to do with thread breakage. It serves basically the same purpose as the
foot pedal. And the foot pedal has nothing to do with thread breakage.
If your sewing machine has a speed slide, it should be in the middle range as this is the speed that works optimally
with the usual settings on the Quilter's Cruise Control. The stitch length on the sewing machine should be set to
zero. The pressure on the foot should be very low or zero.
Troubleshooting for the QCC
First, unthread your needle.
Turn on the sewing machine and the QCC. Ensure the machine light is on and the needle is slowly moving up and
down. Move the carriages front to back only. This checks the operation of the optical encoder on the top carriage.
Do the same moving the carriages left to right. This checks the operation of the optical encoder on the bottom
carriage.
If the problem seems to be the front to back stitching, follow this sequence:
First we need to narrow down if it is something wrong with the optical encoder or the wiring harness or if it is an
installation problem. With the encoder wheel on the top carriage between your thumb and forefinger, spin the
encoder.
1) Does the machine change speed? Yes/No
If yes, that encoder and the wiring harness to it are working just fine and there is something wrong with the
installation. If the sewing machine does not speed up and slow down, something is not right with the encoder or
the wiring harness to it or the installation (see below for a couple of suggestions).
If the problem seems to be the left to right stitching, check the optical encoder on the lower carriage instead.
If this is an installation problem, follow this sequence: Make sure that the optical encoder "tires" or o-rings on the
upper carriage are making good contact on the lower carriage. Gravity should hold the encoder down, although it
should not be so tight that you can't raise it up and let gravity take it down again.
2) Are the O-rings making good contact? Yes/No
Make sure that the encoder is spinning smoothly. If it's hard to see, you might want to put a dot of white paint or
fingernail polish on one of the edges to help see.
3) Is the encoder spinning smoothly? Yes/No
If it is not an installation problem, follow this sequence: Now we need to figure out if it is the optical encoder or
the wiring harness. The way to tell is by gently, very gently, unplugging the wire from the optical encoder and
swapping it over to the other optical encoder. If the problem moved, then the wiring harness is the culprit. If it
stayed in the same place, then the optical encoder is the culprit.
4) What is the culprit? Wiring harness/Optical encoder
Best Practices...You may also want to check:
Bobbin tension. Be sure to check the tension in the bobbin. You can do this by taking the bobbin case with the
bobbin in it and the thread coming out of it. Pretend that it is like a yoyo. Take the protruding thread into your
right hand. Hold your left hand (if you’re right-handed, otherwise just the opposite) below your right hand.
With your right hand holding the thread, allow the bobbin case to move down the thread into your left hand.
If it moves so quickly you don’t need to coax it like a yoyo, the tension is too loose. Tighten it up (tighten the
screw on the bobbin case until such time you test it, it needs to be coaxed down the thread into your left
hand). If the bobbin case doesn’t move down at all, loosen it (loosen the screw on the bobbin case until such
time you test it, it needs only a bit of coaxing, but does move down into your left hand).
Thread path. Refer to your sewing machine manual and follow the directions for threading the machine. For
example, from the pin holding your thread spool, guide the thread up through the two loops on the
telescoping pole, then down through the third hole on the pre-tension arm. Do not go around the screw-like
part that is used only for winding a bobbin. Then guide the thread through the tension disks over the tension
spring, under the lower hook, up through the reciprocating arm, then down and through the thread guides
and through the hole in the needle. This ensures that the thread tension, together with the correct bobbin
tension, is appropriate and won’t cause any thread breakage.
If the thread is correctly routed, there should be no problem. If there is still a problem, there could be a burr
in the tension spring. Or there could some other mechanical anomaly in the sewing machine.
New needle. Needles should not be used more than 8 hours.
Make sure that your feed dogs are down all the way. If they’re rubbing up against the bottom of the fabric,
then you could have a problem with the fabric “sticking” and them maybe not “moving” away from the
needle quickly enough to avoid broken thread or even a broken needle.
Make sure that you have appropriately raised the frame’s take-up bar that goes through the throat of the
sewing machine. If the fabric isn’t just on or barely above the throat of the machine all the way across the
frame, you could have one of two problems: If too low, it will bog down your movement of the carriages. If
too high, the fabric is tenting up, meaning that it is too high above the throat and when the foot goes down
and then comes back up again, the fabric comes up before the needle has had a chance to come out of the
fabric. This could also cause broken thread and broken needle.
If you are unable to make any determination of the culprit causing the troubles, you may wish to send the unit
in for diagnosis/evaluation/service/repair/replacement. There is a minimum service fee required for all Service
Tickets, please contact us for information.

I hope this video will be helpful for anyone who is in the market for a dress form and considering the Uniquely You. It does take a lot of work, but I think the results are worth it. I think I paid about $175 for mine. Don't make the same mistake I did - make sure you order the correct size form*! Order according to your largest measurement. The foam can squish in to become smaller, but the only way to make it bigger is to pad it out with batting. Also, don't be afraid to cut into it if you need to. Just be careful and try to round it out as well as possible. I give some tips on how to do this toward the end of the video.

Travel Converter features:
Take your Esteam® worldwide and use it at full power. The travel converter contains a 25amp triac semiconducor for stable power output, large aluminum heat-sink to dissipate heat and a UL listed, flame retarding, non-conductive material used in the housing. This unit is a "step down" electrical converter. This means that it will convert 230 voltage to 120 voltage for use with the 120 voltage Esteam® travel steamer.
The converter takes the 230V current that comes from the outlet and reduces the current to 120V so that the higher current does not burn out the element of the 120 voltage Pink or Black Esteam® units. It will NOT do the reverse. You cannot take a 230 voltage Esteam® unit and use the converter to plug it in to a 120 voltage power source outlet. The purpose of the converter is for travelers who use the 120 voltage Esteam® in the US and need compatibility with 230 volt power sources used in other countries.

Auto Tension System
The innovative tension system on the 14T968DC makes setting the tension for different stitch functions completely effortless. Select the stitch by letter on the stitch selection knob and it sets the tension automatically. One step and you are ready to do the most amazing stitches that you could ever imagine.
Lower Looper Auto Threaders
The Singer 14T968DC serger is equipped with auto lower and chain stitch looper threaders to make it much easier to thread the lower threads on your serger. No more having to turn the serger on its side to thread. This makes those tight hard to reach areas a thing of the past
Differential Feed System
Wondering what differential feed is? Differential feed is a two part feed dog system that allows you to change the speed of the front feed dog independently from the back feed dog. By setting the differential feed to a faster setting this allows the machine to feed stretchy material into the serger faster than it feeds the material out. This helps to keep the material from stretching and casuing a lettacing or rippling affect. Do the opposite and slow the front feed dog down and it actually will stretch a light weight material a small amount keeping it from puckering. The differential feed also helps when you are wanting to gather material.
Adjustable Stitch Width
If you need the stitch narrow or wide the adjustable stitch width knob on the Singer 14T968DC is on the outside of the machine and very easy to see and turn. Stitch width is adjustable from 4.5 mm to 7.5 mm
Color Coded Threading System
The Singer 14T968DC has a fully color coded threading system. Just follow the thread color on the tension all the way through to the end and you will never make a threading mistake. Also included with your New 14T968DC is a full color threading instruction pamplet. This walks you through the threading of your serger step by step.
Built-In Roll Hem
The Singer New Singer 14T968DC Serger has a built-in roll hem needle plate. You no longer have to take the needle plate off and switch to a differnet plate to do the roll hem. Just pull the white roll hem lever to the R position on the needle plate and you are done.
Automatic and Adjustable Presser Foot Pressure
The New Singer 14T968DC is equipped with a very unique presser foot pressure system. When you set the pressure knob to N it sets the pressure for you but if you want to lighten the pressure when sewing very delicate fabrics one turn of the knob and you are in full control. The pressure adjustment is adjustable from 1 (light presser foot pressure for thin materials) to 5 ( heavy pressure for fuzzy or thicker hard to feed materials).
Tension Release System
The 14T968DC is just like you regular sewing machine. When you lift the presser foot the tension releases allowing the threads to pull through the tensions easily. This is a big plus when you are threading your machine. It insures that the thread is pulled into the tension so your stitches look their best.
Stitch Functions Include
- 2 Thread Roll Hem Stitch 1-needle, 2-thread stitch is used to finish edges of scarves, ruffles, table linens, etc. Great for sewing on baby items.
- 2 Thread Overedge Stitch Narrow 4 mm wide, 1-needle, 2-thread stitch is used for overedging common fabrics.
- 2 Thread Overedge Stitch Wide 6mm wide, 1-needle, 2-thread stitch is used for overedging medium weight fabrics.
- 2 Thread Pico Stitch 4mm or 6mm wide, 1-needle, 2-thread stitch is used with a longer stitch length to form a shelled style edge for a nice finish without a bulky stitch
- 2 Thread Flat Lock Stitch 1-needle, 2-thread stitch is ideal for butted or lapped seams and blind hemming. A 4 mm and 6 mm overedge seam width can be obtained by changing the needle position.
- 2 Thread Chain Stitch 1-needle, 2-thread straight stitch is used for construction or decorative stitching. Seams also can be sewn at desired distance from edge of fabric by disengaging the right looper and movable knife.
- 3 Thread Roll Hem Stitch 1-needle, 3-thread stitch is used to finish edges of scarves, ruffles, table linens, etc. where a heavier stitch feel is desired
- 3 Thread Pico Stitch 4mm or 6mm wide, 1-needle, 3-thread stitch is used with a longer stitch length to form a shelled style edge for a nice finish without a bulky stitch

- 4 Thread True Safety Stitch The 4-thread stitch is a safety stitch made up of combined 2-thread overedge and double chainstitch. Used to seam med to heavy weight non-stretch materials.
- 4 Thread Gathering Stitch 2-needle, 4-thread stitch that when used with the maximum differential feed setting and increased tension allows you to gather the material for sleeves, skirts, bed ruffles and more.

Quilting Foot / Drop Feed
- Quilting Foot for precision sewing with 1/4" inch stitch width. The feed dog can be raised and lowered simply by depressing a switch. When quilting, the drop feed allows you to sew curved stitches with ease.
Even Feed Foot
- With its reliable feed, the even feed foot ensures the machine's ability to produce beautiful seams when sewing difficult-to-feed fabrics such as georgette and velvet, as well as heavy weight materials such as leather.
Automatic Thread Trimmer
- The machine is equipped with an automatic thread trimming device that simultaneously cuts the needle and bobbin threads at the sewing end by lightly pressing the push-button. It uses the thread trimming mechanism that is similar to the industrial sewing machine type.

Three Types of Quilting Foot / Drop Feed
- Three types of quilting feet are supplied as standard accessories with the machine. A 1/5" Quilting Foot is supplied along with a a 1/4" quilting foot and a quilting foot with a front open toe. The feed dog can be raised and lowered simply by depressing a switch. When quilting, the drop feed allows you to sew curved stitches with ease.
Quilting Foot Front Open Toe
- This presser foot for free-motion sewing is open at the front so that the needle area is easy to see. Since the presser foot moves up and down together with the movement of the needle, thick seams can easily be crossed.
1/5" Quilting Foot
- This presser foot is used for free-motion quilting. With the feed dog lowered, you can freely move the fabric to draw using stitching. The distance from the needle entry point to the outer edge of the presser foot is 1/5” (5mm). Since the presser foot moves up and down together with the movement of the needle, thick seams can easily be crossed.
1/4" Quilting Foot
- With a distance of 1/4” (6.5mm) from the needle entry point to the outer edge, this presser foot is perfect for echo quilting, stitching sewn equally spaced using the edge of the presser foot as a guide.
Even Feed Foot
- With its reliable feed, the even feed foot ensures the machine's ability to produce beautiful seams when sewing difficult-to-feed fabrics such as georgette and velvet, as well as heavy weight materials such as leather.
Automatic Thread Trimmer
- The machine is equipped with an automatic thread trimming device that simultaneously cuts the needle and bobbin threads at the sewing end by lightly pressing the push-button. It uses the thread trimming mechanism that is similar to the industrial sewing machine type.
Easy Bobbin Replacement
- Bobbin replacement is a breeze even with the auxiliary table installed, thanks to a large bobbin case opening and a removable plate in the auxiliary table.
Bobbin Winding (Auto-Stop)
- Prepare the bobbin for winding simply by installing it on the bobbin winder. The bobbin stops spinning automatically when it is full.
Automatic Needle Threader
- The push lever automatic needle threader easily threads the needle without eyestrain and allows you to start sewing quickly.
Knee Lifter Lever
- The knee lifter lever allows you to lift / lower the presser foot without using your hands.
Adjustment of Presser Foot Pressure
- Presser foot pressure can be adjusted according to the fabric being sewn by turning a regulator located on the top of the machine.
Extended Sewing Area
- The throat size from the needle to inside the machine is 8.5 inches.
LED Sewing Light Brightness Adjustment Switch
- A switch in the needle area allows you to adjust the brightness of the light between high, medium, low, and of. Adjust the brightness to make hard to see seams and stitching areas easier to see.
Attachment Mounting Plate
- A separate attachment mounting plate for installing fabric guides and other attachments. This extends the life of the sewing machine, as it can now be replaced when the mounting holes become damaged.
Float Function (micro-lifter)
- Now equipped with the same mechanism as Juki industrial sewing machines for preventing uneven sewing on quilts as velvet, as well as stretched stitches on knit fabrics. The presser foot floats 0-2 mm above the material, making it useful for stitching over thick seams.

The open end of the roller is particularly useful for ironing awkwardly shaped items such as shirts and blouses which can be fitted over the open end without being folded. The open end also allows for easy ironing of very wide items such as sheets and tablecloths.

Finished work is automatically deposited on the laundry shelf beneath the roller in even, soft folds. The ample space between the shelf and the roller allows for large items to be pressed.

The Miele rotary iron is very easy to use. By gently pressing the wide foot control bar, the heater plate contacts the roller which begins to rotate. Your hands are free to guide the laundry smoothly and accurately. The roller can be rotated by hand for ease when feeding in laundry.

The wide space between the hotplate and the roller makes it very easy to feed in the items being ironed. An automatic finger guard device is a special safety feature. If, during the ironing process, your fingers come too close to the hotplate, a safety switch will stop the roller rotation and lift the heater plate off the roller.
