If the warranty has been filed with Bankers Warranty Group and a replacement order is needed, the warranty cannot be transferred to the new order. Be sure to check the notes for the transaction number. If there is no transaction number in the notes, then the warranty has not been filed. We do not file the warranties with BWG until after 30 days from the date of the order. Also we only offer one "free" extended warranty. If the customer wants an extended warranty for a replacement order (if it is placed after 30 days from the date of the original order), the customer will have to purchase a new extended warranty.
