There was confusion when I received the product. The package states for the Quattro machine only. The accompanying order for make could clear up frustration by noting the other machines the hoop will fit (also fits Dream Machines). I have it, it is working, I am very satisfied and your customer service follow up was excellent. She made sure I did receive the correct product and followed up to insure it worked. Thank you! Oh, the customer service was via email, for which there isn't an option to say excellent.
