www.graceframe.com DATE: 11/24/2020 1-800-264-0644 The Grace Company Memorandum Product Updates – Q'nique 21 Pro Updates (Mainboard and Encoders Version 4) Hi there, Starting as of 11/18/2020 the Q'nique 21 Pro machines will have new versions (version 4) of Mainboards and Encoders. These new parts allow for the Q'nique 21 Pro to have a measure feature. The new encoders and mainboards are not compatible with previous versions of the Q'nique 21 Pro. This means that a version 3 encoder and version 4 mainboard will not work together. In addition, a version 4 encoder will not work with a version 3 mainboard. We will need to be mindful of identifying different version machines and encoders when helping customers and replacing parts. Exploded views for the new updates are not available yet but will be in the upcoming weeks. The look of the 21 Pro itself does not change externally, only the color of the mainboard so all images of the 21 Pro are still usable. Pricing for the 21 Pro will not be affected by these updates. Below are ways to identify differences in versions of the machine and encoders.
