Apparently one item was back ordered, I finally called on 11/2 because I had heard nothing and I ordered several spools on thread on 10/24. Once shipped I received it quickly. Calling your store was a long waiting process but the lady on the phone was nice and helpful.

I ordered thread based on colors on the computer. Unfortunately, the color of the thread was very different upon arrival. So different, that I cannot use it for my project. I will just add the thread to my stash. Would love to purchase the actual color chart, but feel it is over priced. On a positive note, the price of my thread was very reasonable.
