  • 7" pinking shears, nickel-plated, packaged in gift box.
  • Pinking shears are used to produce ravel-resistant edging in sewing or craftwork. The zig-zag edge effected by these shears makes a nice finish for seams. Because of their delicate setting Gingher recommend that only one layer at a time be cut with pinking shears. The inside blades should be wiped clean frequently to prevent accumulation of lint that can affect the smoothness of feel and cutting of the shears.


    Gingher right-handed pinking shears are double plated (chrome over nickel) and have knife edge ground blades with sharp points. Measures 7 1/2".

Specifications
Pinking shears produce a ravel-resistant zigzag cut on seams. To maintain the original, hand-tuned setting of the blades, Gingher recommends cutting only one layer of material at a time.
