Attention Rotary Blade Owners: I had a call today from a customer asking me why her designs in the Rotary Blade Kit was in FCN. format instead of the usual FCM. I talked to the project manager at Brother and she stated "The FCN files are designed to be cut just for the Rotary blade to give the best cutting experience for the blade. You can send these designs back and forth from Canvas and your SNC, but you cannot open them in your embroidery software."

I find it a little difficult to locate the ScanNCut machines and accessories from the menus on the website. I always have to enter ScanNCut in the search bar. It's probably me being stupid, but I thought I'd mention it. Thanks!

Purchasing the blade kit was easy and better priced than elsewhere. I did expect faster shipping, but that being free was great. Used it for the first time yesterday to cut a gift tag and it cut the fabric smoothly. I will use it mostly for appliqué or small quilts. I’m still getting to know my machine SDX230Di and watching Courtney’s videos inspires me to do more with it. Thanks for her channel on YouTube!
