Specifications
Soft, stable fabric designed to dissolve in water. Use as a stabilizer or to embroider on lace or other open weave materials. Also used for “freestanding” embroidery and “in-the-hoop” projects.

I bought this stabilizer at the Sulphur, LA event. It was sold out and had to be shipped. I received one instead of two. I called the corporate office and was helped immediately. She followed up with an email and found out the manufacturer had not received my order. I literally received it the next day.
