The Q-Zone Hoop Frame is a 4 ½ foot frame that will fit in any room and no quilt size is to large, you can quilt any size quilt using the Q-Zone Hoop Frame. This frame is perfect for those customers who don’t have the room for a larger frame and is looking to use their domestic machine. They are already familiar with the sitting down process, so everything about this screams comfort. The Q-Zone Hoop Frame includes height adjustable legs so you can quilt standing or sitting.
Q-Zone Hoop Frame has steel square poles and, combined with the white quilt clips, gives the customer precise ratcheting. As a quilter they can grow with the frame because the arms can extend out in front to accommodate up to a 19” throat machine. The ability to have the customer start with their home/domestic machine and finish with a long arm on the same frame is not common. The software will also work with any Windows home PC or laptop that meets the system requirements, but it has been designed to be used with touch–screen tablets, offering the freedom to use it wherever you go, and have all of the functionality right at the sewing machine where you need it most. ~QCT will only work on devices running Windows 7, 8, 10 or higher. It will not work with any version of Windows RT.
~A 1.66 GHz. or faster processor is recommended.
~A device with a total of 64 GB hard–drive space is recommended, with at least 2GB available for installation.

The Grace Company guarantees these electrical parts against manufacturing defects for the first year of ownership on all Qnique models.
The Grace Company warrants all non-moving, non-electric, mechanical parts on the Qnique Quilting Machine against mechanical failure due to manufacturing defects for up to 2 years after initial purchase.
The Grace Company warrants the cast metal body of the Qnique Quilting Machine to be free of defects or imperfections causing product failure for up to 5 years after initial purchase.
This means Grace Company will replace parts that they deem to be faulty, or that fail due to what the Grace Company determines to be manufacturing defects. The customer pays all shipping and labor fees. The warranty period begins at the date of purchase. The warranty does not transfer to a secondary owner.
Any parts damaged by the customer do require payment.
The Warranty period begins at the time of the customer’s purchase from SewingMachinesPlus.com. Customer proof of purchase should be obtained if no warranty card for the customer exists.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for repairs necessitated by use other than normal home use, or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or lack of proper machine maintenance.
