Simply Applique is a dedicated stand alone applique software, designed for applique enthusiasts, quilters and others interested in creating appliques with fabric. The number displayed on the package box appears to be a UPC code. The product serial number to use for registration would look like this: ZXR-*****-*****-** The serial number should be included with the software package. Check the software packaging.
Brother stopped making the CD's for this software. Now, they only make it as an activation code.
A lot of CD software is being discontinued these days and switching to codes. Brother only allows the activation code to work on one computer. So, if you are needing the software also on your desktop, you would have to purchase a second copy.

Dallas, Texas - August 16, 2014: G7 Solutions, an embroidery product & software technologies company, and RNK Distributing, the exclusive distributor of Floriani product, dissolved their partnership amicably on August 1, 2014.
The license agreement with the consumer, in all five previous software modules offered in the prior partnership, is with G7 Solutions.

New from Brother! This software allows you to design your quilt before you get started.
The Quilt Preview Software comes with a built-in library of over 150 blocks, categorized by type of block. Select a block and drag it onto the quilt layout in the center of the window. If you change your mind, simply drag another block over.
The sashing and border colors can be selected from a dropdown menu using the eyedropper tool. Users can choose to use basic colors or add fabric to the block by clicking on the Piece Selection tool, selecting the block piece and then selecting a fabric from the built-in fabric library or adding their own to the fabric library. The quilt can be resized by adding more rows and pasting more blocks into the layout.
Once the quilt layout is complete, the user prints templates to cut out their block pieces to the appropriate size. The seam allowance is automatically added. The printout will include how many blocks are in the quilt and tells the user how many pieces of each fabric/color is needed to complete each block.
Users can create their own blocks as well! Choose the number of cells and cell sizes and combine to make quilt blocks. Save the block. The block will be in the custom block category ready to use. Users can also choose fabrics instead of colors.

4. Open the "my_editor.zip" file and extract the "setup.exe" from inside.
