Tailormade LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty protects against manufacturer’s defects in the workmanship and materials of certain components in your Tailormade sewing cabinet.
A 12-month limited warranty applies to all components related to the individual parts incorporated into the Tailormade cabinet frame, hinges, castors and handles. The lifter carries a limited 24-month warranty. This warranty is limited to the original owner of the Tailormade cabinet. The warranty includes the renewal or replacement of any parts that become defective during the warranty period through normal use. This warranty applies only to defects in the components listed above and all components that are found to be defective will be, at the manufacturer’s option, repaired or replaced at no charge provided they are returned as described below. In addition, incidental and consequential damages resulting from a breach of this warranty or any implied warranty are excluded to the extent permitted by state law.
In the event you discover a defective component, return the defective component and the original receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase to us. We will then provide you with a replacement component free of charge within a reasonable period thereafter. You will be responsible for all freight charges in connection with delivering the defective component to us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, any labor charges that may be applicable. We will pay all freight charges in connection with delivering replacement components back to you.
Tailormade sewing machine furniture has been designed for personal, family or household use in connection with sewing machines and related crafts and hobbies. This warranty does not cover any defect resulting from misuse or abuse of the product, normal wear and tear, or use of your Tailormade furniture in a commercial environment.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Sew Steady Cabinet Insets & Inserts are designed to fit your specific make and model of sewing machine and cabinet and fills gaps around your sewing area*, allowing you to work more efficiently and comfortably. Like their tables, they are made with one of the highest grades of acrylic.
Please choose your general size and style of insert above using the drop down. The actual size of opening in the cabinet is needed to complete your order.
Small Inset / Insert: less than 23″ on the long side
Medium Inset: more than 23″ on the long side, and the cabinet can support the Inset
Large Insert: more than 23″ on the long side, and the cabinet cannot support the Insert
Large Inset: more than 25″ on the long side, and the cabinet can support the Inset
Inserts have a lip to catch on the cabinet top – this is when the cabinet opening has no method to support the insert.
Insets (no lip) sit flush inside the cabinet opening & rest on a ledge built within the cabinet.
The make and model of cabinet are also needed to help ensure the proper insert is selected.

"With Lip" inserts are made to fit openings with no ledge underneath to keep the insert from falling through. "No Lip" inserts are made to fit openings with a wooden ledge to hold the insert in place.
Do not order No Lip if your insert will fall through the opening! No Lip Inserts are made to rest on a ledge, brackets or corner supports ¼” down from the surface of your cabinet.

Sew Steady Cabinet Insets & Inserts are designed to fit your specific make and model of sewing machine and cabinet and fills gaps around your sewing area*, allowing you to work more efficiently and comfortably. Like their tables, they are made with one of the highest grades of acrylic.
Please choose your general size and style of insert above using the drop down. The actual size of opening in the cabinet is needed to complete your order.
Small Inset / Insert: less than 23″ on the long side
Medium Inset: more than 23″ on the long side, and the cabinet can support the Inset
Large Insert: more than 23″ on the long side, and the cabinet cannot support the Insert
Large Inset: more than 25″ on the long side, and the cabinet can support the Inset

Any changes from standard are more. All Sew Steady Cabinet Inserts are made from ¼” thick clear acrylic.
"With Lip" inserts are made to fit openings with no ledge underneath to keep the insert from falling through. "No Lip" inserts are made to fit openings with a wooden ledge to hold the insert in place.
Do not order No Lip if your insert will fall through the opening! No Lip Inserts are made to rest on a ledge, brackets or corner supports ¼” down from the surface of your cabinet.
Sized for Cabinet Openings to Fit Around the Freearm Surface in Flush FlatBed Position for Your Brand and Model Sewing Embroidery and Serger Machines. *Please Note: Inserts are made for your machine and the width of the opening of the cabinet or table. Depending on the size of your sewing machine compared to the opening of the cabinet or table, the insert may not extend all the way around machine as shown. Machines must be smaller than the cabinet opening by a minimum 3" in depth at widest part(front to back) and 2" in length (left to right) for insert to wrap completely around machine as shown in picture.If the machine is wider or longer than these minimums we may still be able to make a Filler piece to help fill gaps and still create a smooth sewing surface. Our standard Insert design allows for approximately 1-1/2” – 2” on the right for clearance for the cords and handwheel, when space permits.
LIP -Inserts have a lip to catch on the cabinet top - this is when the cabinet opening has no method to support the insert.

SEW STEADY TABLE DESIGN STANDARDS:
All of our tables are designed based on having the accessory tray removed from the machine. We position the machine to have the needle around 5”-7” from the front edge of the table. The table encompasses the entire freearm/flatbed sewing surface (does not wrap to the far-right of the machine). If your machine free arm slopes downward and has contours we may choose to design the table to hover over the slope to ensure a perfectly level, smooth sewing surface. If you have a top loading bobbin and a sloped machine this may affect your use. Please contact us in advance at SewSteady.com for other options. If you are purchasing a Deluxe Table then the holes do not need to be in line with the needle to make circles.

The table is designed to never be resting on or touching the machine. You may have to adjust the levelers on the feet to make sure the table is perfectly level with the top of the free arm in order to sit as designed. The table is designed to fit around the free arm with the accessory tray always being removed. We do make some tables that work for Embroidery and Sergers. Please let us know if you are interested in these options. We are happy to accommodate other special requests as well with proper measurements and pictures if needed. Our goal is to get you the right table the first time. If you decide you do not like the placement requested the first time, there is a $50 fee for a 2nd revision
