Beginners Sewing - Bowl Cozy Class

In this class Elizabeth will teach basic sewing skills. This is a fun project class creating a bowl cozy perfect for microwave use or ice cream! Each attendee will receive three sets and will be allowed to make as many as you can during class, take the remaining home to complete, or you may stay afterwards if needed. There will be a $50 class fee and $5 kit fee to cover supplies used. Bring your machine and please have a basic understanding of how to operate it (winding bobbins and threading the upper thread). If you do not have a machine, please reach out to Robert for a possible loaner. To sign up, call Robert at 225-923-1260.

Whether you're a beginner or just want a refresher, you’ll learn essential embroidery techniques in a relaxed, friendly environment. Bring your own embroidery machine and a blank apron or kitchen towel set. You should know how to thread your machine, wind a bobbin, and hoop your fabric—but we’ll walk you through the rest.
Class fee: $75
Kit fee: $5 (covers shared supplies)
