You shipped item through USPS that was clearly Too large for my mailbox. It did not even say "do not bend" on the envelope. Mail person just bent the 13 .75 X 17.5 inch flat envelope item into my mailbox, causing some permanent creases in mat. Luckily it will not cause any performance issues. Thanking for the survey because I wanted to call customer service about this.
