When I was looking for a ScanNcut DX325, I called to get information on a demo you had listed on your website. The person that answered the phone told me you didn’t sell demos on the website and that I had to purchase any that were available at a retail store. I called the Austin store and was told the retail stores didn’t sell demos and that I had to get one via the website. On the other hand, the cover sheet on one of the mats I purchased started to tear on the first few uses. I emailed to see if Brother made a replacement cover sheet. The service rep immediately put in an order for a replacement mat. I really appreciated that, since it was brand new.
