Product Description

"The Halter Dress" is a very simple & easy dress to make. There are 3 main pattern pieces. All raw edges are finished w/a contrasting bias binding. The top of the halter style back is finished w/3/4" elastic. The dress ties in the back by either tying it around the neck or criss-crossing the bias ties, running the ends through little loops at the elastic edge & tying a bow down low. The dress can be finished in 2 hem lengths.
