Your customer service representative was very polite and tried to be helpful, however she wasn't able to answer the questions I had as to how the product attached to the machine, and the pictures online were not large enough to see how it attached. I was concerned it might not fit and asked if I could return it if it didn't fit and she told me no, if my machine was one of the ones listed... not unless the part was defective. I started not to order it because it was $50 and I didn't want to be stuck with something if it didn't work for me, but I needed it so I went ahead and took a chance. I wouldn't have been so apprehensive in ordering it if your employees knew you products better, however, I also know that it's a lot to expect for all of your employees to know everything about every product that you stock. I'm happy to say, that it all worked out and everything is fine.
