AllBrands is an Authorized Singer Dealer and Factory Service Center for any repairs needed including warranty parts, electrical and labor. We give unlimited technical support by email, fax and phone. We service machines in our stores. Mass merchants do not have tech service or repair departments for your equipment. They are unable to help you directly, only referring any operational, mechanical or electronic questions back to the manufacturer instead of taking care of the problems themselves. Manufacturers and customers should expect that any problems you have will be taken care of by the dealer or merchant who sold you the equipment, not by just referring your questions back to the manufacturer.

Limited 25-Year Warranty Product Frame

The product frame is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of twenty five (25) years from the date of purchase. If any manufacturing defect appears in the product frame within twenty five (25) years of purchase, we will provide free replacement parts, but at your cost for labor.

Limited 1-Year Warranty Parts and Adjustments

The parts of the product, other than those subject to normal wear and tear, are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If any manufacturing defect appears in these parts within (1) year of purchase, we will repair or replace any part which proves to be defective from workmanship or material without charge to you for parts or labor.

Parts and Conditions Not Covered by Warranty

This Warranty is for household (non-commercial) use and does not cover conditions unrelated to the material or workmanship of the product. Such unrelated conditions include, but are not limited to: (a) damage caused by current or voltage other than that stamped on the name plate of the product; (b) damage resulting from the failure to provide normal maintenance; (c) Failure to follow instruction for use of the product as stated in the owner’s manual; (d) any accident to, or misuse of, any part of the product; and (e) any defects or damage caused by service or alteration by anyone other than Singer or an authorized Singer Service Center; and (f) Sewing materials that may be corrosive to metal or finish.
