To Our Valued Dealers As part of our commitment to keep you informed about our inventory conditions and availability, we are sharing all the pertinent information that we have concerning our factory and the developing production delays due to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). Our factory closed on Monday January 20, 2020, in observance of Chinese New Year. This holiday takes place every year and is something that we anticipate and plan for. Our factory typically closes for two weeks as the factory workers leave their city and return to their provinces to participate in the festivities. This year has been different. Due to the efforts to contain the spread of the disease, travel has been restricted leaving many factory employees stranded and unable to return to work. Although our factory is located four hundred miles away from Wuhan, local government has ordered our factory to remain closed until February 29, 2020. This is two weeks after the date we had anticipated that our factory would reopen and resume production. It is possible that local government will further delay the reopening of local factories. It is for this reason that we wanted to inform you and keep you current on this developing situation. We are unsure of when production will resume and return to normal production capacity. We anticipate that this extended shut down to our factory will cause some delays on our pending orders and availability of backordered items. We are unable to give you an accurate Estimate Arrival Time for items currently on back order. We advise you to share this information and possible delays to your customers so they can also anticipate the delay of our goods. We will keep you informed as we receive additional information.
