An opaque mesh water soluble and pressure sensitive stabilizer. Use on hard-to-hoop items with low stitch-count designs when all traces of the stabilizer must be removed from the fabric. Ideal for sheer, fine, or lightweight fabrics like chiffon and organza. Rinses out easily with lukewarm water. 10" wide x 5 yds long.
