Grace Company Limited Warranty Info:
The Grace Company provides a limited warranty on DQLT15X Machine (hereinafter
“Machine”).
A. 5-year Limited Warranty - The Grace Company warrants the cast metal body
(head) of the Machine to be free of defects or imperfections causing product failure
for up to 5 years after initial purchase. This does not extend to the mechanical and or
electrical/electronic parts which is covered in a separate warranty.
B. 2-year Limited Warranty - The Grace Company warrants all non-moving, nonelectric, mechanical parts on the Machine against mechanical failure due to
manufacturing defects for up to 2 years after initial purchase. Manufacture will
provide
C. The following electrical parts on the Machine System have a 1-year limited
warranty:
• Front Handles/Buttons
• LCD, Encoders
• Laser
• Stitch Regulator
• Cables
• Power Supply
• Motor
• All Other Wiring and Electronics.
D. The Grace Company guarantees these electrical parts against manufacturing
defects for the first year of ownership of the Machine.
This means Grace Company will replace parts that they deem to be faulty, or that fail due
to what the Grace Company determines to be manufacturing defects. The customer pays all
shipping and labor fees. The warranty period begins at the date of purchase. The warranty
does not transfer to a secondary owner. Any parts damaged by the customer do require
payment.
The Warranty period begins at the time of the original purchase date. The original purchase
date shall be determined from the original receipt evidencing proof of purchase of this
Product. Therefore, it is important for you to maintain the receipt of this product.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for
repairs necessitated by use other than normal home use, operator error, tampering or parts
replacement not done by an authorized dealer, or damage resulting from misuse, abuse,
accidents, alterations, or lack of proper machine maintenance. If shipped and received
improperly packaged (must ship in original packaging), physically damaged, or altered.

I was so pleased with the help that Cedric at extension 1100 gave me. I was also very impressed that when I called and he didn’t answer, he called me back in just a few minutes. I bought all my sewing room cabinets from Allbrands a few years ago with the same good experience. My only negative is when my Luminess light bar needed a new part and Allbrands couldn’t help me so I only have half of it working since a new light is not in the budget. I definitely recommend Allbrands.
