One of the benefits of using Custom Threads service is that we provide an .emb file which is the digitized file. The digitized file is the original file that is created before converting it to a .dst file for sewing. True Sizer is a free embroidery software which can be found on the Wilcom website that will allow you to open and read these files. Once you have downloaded the software then you will want to open the .emb file to enlarge or reduce it. You will have more flexibility with this file than the .dst sew file. After you have adjusted it then save it as an .emb file with a new name and then save the same file as a .dst file. Hi John I apologize for that, ask to make sure that her Spam filter is not blocking the emails. From my experience, a percentage of clients that say they never got the email, have it blocked in their Spam filter. That email address would in fact be the best one to use, other than that she can email [email protected]
