I recently received the above item which I purchased from you - item # WR1881950 - Wrights Simplicity rotary strip cutting machine at a price of USD69.00. I have now had the opportunity to try this out and unfortunately I am not at all satisfied with it. The "cutters" (blades) which are included are not sharp at all - it does not cut the fabric using the sharpness of the blade but rather uses blunt force against a roller. I found that cutting poly cotton it stuck layers of fabric together - I guess melted the polyester. Also it does not hold the fabric securely and unless the fabric was starched like a board, it can "wander" so your end strip is not an even width. What can be done to sort out this situation please? I'm sorry your cutter is not satisfactory. This is the first negative feedback I have received. I'll ask Jennie to see if she can get new blades for you. It would be expensive to exchange the whole thing from New Zealand. Annette
