Flat fabrics can be embroidered on any machine depending on sewing field size you require. Generic and model-specific Hat/Cap hoops for the flat bed machines are availble, but it is a very slow process with very narrow sewing field sizes. True hat/cap set-ups are those industrial embroidery machines with cylinder arms, cap drivers and cap hoops for rotating the caps while embroidering on them.
